As requested by our customers, we have instituted an Annual Support agreement. This has many benefits for the customer.

• Thunder Eagle, Inc. (TE) will supply the necessary telephone consultation and support to help you plan and implement your system. As this system will normally involve people from many divisions of your organization (facilities, computer desktop, computer network, computer security, radio, electricians/telephone/wiring) we will 'speak geek' with them to make you life easier and use our experience with other customers to speed the installation process.

• The system is in a constant state of improvement, many times based on customer suggestions. We want all of our customers to had the 'latest and greatest'. Most of the upgrades will be software place on the customer area of this web site for immediate download and upgrade.

• Often we can answer questions over the phone in less time than it takes for you to find the manual.

• Everyone benefits by spreading the support and development costs over many clients.
